Asana Flow, 108 Gayatri Mantra, and a Healing Sound Journey with Adrian Wirth and Tony Majdalani
In the darker time of the year and especially around winter solstice it is worthwhile to calm down any activity and to pause. It’s important to allow yourself mindful moments of introspection. To experience the spiritual dimensions of our being and the divinity of life we often need a vehicle that brings us from daily consciousness into these inner spaces close to the Source.
We prepare ourselves with conscious body movements and breath (Asana Flow). Then the chanting of 108 Gayatri Mantras can unfold its power and depth. Finally we surrender completely to the sound and rhythm of Tony’s instruments.
It’s a journey where we lose the sense of time and “I”-concept are alowed to dissolve: pure Yoga, a healing reconnection with our essence - just beeing - stillness!
After his masters in Environmental Science at the ETH Zürich, Adrian Wirth increasingly grappled with the importance of a person's mind and psyche for the health of the individual. His knowledge of the natural sciences flow into his work, as well as personal experience from yoga, Buddhist meditation and from shamanic traditions.
Adrian took his yoga teacher training with Remo Rittiner in Zurich. He has been teaching classes and workshops at AIRYOGA for several years.
