Britta Kimpel

Britta found yoga more than 15 years ago and has spent more than 3000 hours studying various styles of yoga in the past years. As a psychologist, Britta sees yoga as a tool to free ourselves from rigid dogmas or rules to become more authentic and find back home to our true selves. Therefore, mastering any asana is never the focus or goal of Britta’s teaching… It's about who we are on our way to mastering them. And it's about how we handle and embrace everything that comes up during our practice. Her vision for all of us is to free ourselves from our self-imposed ties and that we begin to listen to our inner voices to find more depth and meaning in life again and to come home to ourselves.
As only one of very few certified teachers worldwide, Britta teaches Embodied Flow™ yoga, a style created by Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons. As a Senior Teacher of Embodied Flow™ she also supports the School of Embodied Flow ™ as a mentor and teacher trainer in teacher training programs. Furthermore, she offers her own basic (200 hr) and advanced (300 hr) yoga teacher trainings.
Britta teaches her classes in German and English.
