Yoga for Seniors
Yoga teacher and psychologist Mira Popper regularly holds a gentle yoga class for everyone who might be a bit older, but still wants to remain in good shape, mentally and physically.
Yoga for seniors is a gentle style of Hatha Yoga, which focuses on relaxation and on training the breath, as well as on mild stretching and strengthening. The priority of this class lies in the therapeutic aspect of yoga with its ability to regenerate body and soul. No previous experience in yoga is required.
The Yoga class for seniors will be offered on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at AIRYOGA, Oberdorfstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich.
This class can be attended with a valid AIRYOGA series of 10, an unlimited pass or as single class (Fr. 30.-).
