Flow & Glow: A Woman’s Self-Care Workshop with Diana Schöpplein

Learn refreshing approaches and self-care rituals that replenish the nervous system and nourish and soothe the female anatomy and psyche.

Self-care is more then pampering ourselves. It is about truly connecting to our female body, heart and mind, to our feelings and impulses, to our creativity and expression. In this workshop, we will take time to explore ourselves in our own (unconventional) ways. 

Release tensions through breath work and somatic movement to refresh your entire being and create expanded emotional awareness. Experience female anatomy and pelvic care and open up to sensuality and heart connection. Discover a yoga that aligns you with your inner flow and that can be practiced anytime during the feminine cycle. Give yourself permission to sense and to express, to enjoy and to be you. 

This workshop will provide you with rituals that are respectful of the various cycles in a woman’s life and body, and are crucial to female vitality and self-respect, especially when facing challenges and transition. They help you harmonize fatigue, stress and overwhelm, insecurity and disconnect from the body, feelings, emotions and sensuality, Find a safe space to explore and unfold, to belong and to share, to flow and to glow.

Diana Schöpplein discovered Yoga more then 30 years ago. Since then she has been exploring the transformational link of body, mind and heart in monasteries in India and Nepal, with her Himalayan Masters and her longterm shamanic mentor from New Mexico. Seeking to understand oneself and the mysteries of life, she immersed herself in various Yoga teacher trainings, among those traditional Hatha, Anusara and Nada Yoga,  as well as in her former work as an artist. Her own self exploration and deep connection to India drew her deeper into the subtle science of Sacred Sound. 
As a passionate E-RYT500, Diana has been sharing her love for Yoga for more than 10 years. She encourages her students to unfold their personal life’s journey including Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative, Ayurveda, authentic Pranayama and Chanting. Her inspiring Woman Self-Care offers nourish and empower women in their experience as a woman.
Currently based in Zurich, Berlin and India, Diana offers space and tools to re-connect to our own core essence in Yoga and self-care one to ones, in  workshops, Yoga teacher trainings and especially in her annual Bali & India Retreats.

Diana Schöpplein will lead this workshop on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at AIRYOGA, Oberdorfstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich.

All women are welcome. You do not need any previous yoga knowledge. 
For experienced yoginis, female teachers and therapists, this workshop offers an insight into refreshing approaches and rituals to expand yoga for the needs of women, as well as to nourish one's own body and psyche. Learn to take care of yourself first.
