Yoga Should Feel Good – A Workshop with Sue Elkind
This workshop is designed specifically to help students gain a deeper understanding of how common misalignments in the physical body create all types of injuries. It gives you the tools you need to start healing yourself immediately.
Sue’s special ability to see the physical body clearly along with her simple and precise use biomechanics, helps to remove the “mystery” of pain and injury and actually makes getting out of pain fun!
In her first workshop session, Sue will focus on therapeutics for the upper body, and complete the picture for optimal health in the second session with the lower body.
