In 2006, Julia came into contact with Yoga for the first time. The initial fascination for the interplay of body and mind brings her back over and over again to the yoga mat. Within the Anusara style of yoga, Julia discovered the union of philosophical and bodily engagement.
After all three Anusara Immersions, Julia completed the 200-hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training with Barbra Noh at AIRYOGA Munich in 2012. Workshops on many different topics followed: with Jordan Bloom, Stephen Thomas, John Friend, Mark Stephens, Stephanie Zimmermann, as well as the Anusara Therapy Training with Barbra Noh and many hours devoted to her own devoted practice as a student as well as a teacher. Julia prefers to teach a dynamic style of yoga, in which the inhale and exhale contribute to a feeling of well-being and balance. She teaches in German and English upon request.
