Restorative Yin Yoga

Restorative Yin Yoga Counteract the affects of a strenuous week and give back to yourself with this deeply rejuvenating and nourishing class, that combines the powerful practises of both Yin and Restorative Yoga. Beginning with Yin Yoga, we will passively hold poses for several minutes in order to safely access the deep layers of our connective tissue, enabling us to release deeply embedded tension and feel the energy within our body flowing freely once more. Yin Yoga will lead seamlessly into Restorative Yoga, in which props support us in long held postures of rest, as we continue our journey inwards to a state of deep relaxation. Suitable for students of all levels, this class is the perfect balance to a dynamic yoga practise or indeed a dynamic lifestyle.
