Rejuvenate your resource: a restorative experience of Yourself with Diana Schöpplein
How can you access and rejuvenate your inner resources in order to move thru your busy life? How can you get back in touch with yourself while nurturing your whole being?
Yang based Yoga emphasizes on challenging the physical body, which can keep us in the pattern of striving, pushing and reaching. We even tend to forget about the deeper meaning and the underlying aspect of Yoga, which is union, re-connecting our various layers and dropping into our own essence.
Counterbalancing effort with sweet surrender towards a deep release, will be the thread throughout this workshop. After centering ourselfs by the awakend yogic fire, we will dedicate the main part of this journey to embody and to integrate the multiple layers of our being, using not only yoga chairs but as a special opportunity also the Yoga wall.
Learn how to skillfully support your body with sandbags, chairs, slings, bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts. Supported longer holds are highly therapeutic allowing you to release unnecessary tension on all levels. Give your body a chance to rearrange, to nourish and rejuvenate itself. Drop into your innermost source and feel empowered to open the door to accept and appreciate yourself on a cellular, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Diana discovered Yoga more then 30 years ago. Since then she has been exploring the transformational link of body, mind and heart in monasteries in India and Nepal, with her Himalayan Masters and her longterm shamanic mentor from New Mexico. Seeking to understand oneself and the mysteries of life, she immersed herself in various Yoga teacher trainings, among those traditional Hatha, Anusara and Nada Yoga, as well as in her former work as an artist. Her own self exploration and deep connection to India drew her deeper into the subtle science of Sacred Sound.
As a passionate E-RYT500, Diana has been sharing her love for Yoga for more than 10 years. She encourages her students to unravel their personal life’s journey including Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative, Ayurveda, authentic Pranayama and Chanting.
Currently based in Zürich, Berlin and India, Diana offers space and tools to re-connect to our own core essence in Yoga and self-care one to ones, in workshops, Yoga teacher trainings and especially in her annual Magical India Retreats.
