The Wisdom Weaver – A Yoga Retreat with Nico Luce & Claire Dalloz
Join Nico and Claire to take part in their Yoga retreat at the Boutique-Hotel Jasper House at Hiriketiya Beach in South Sri Lanka from April 27, to May 7, 2019. A unique combination of excellent Yoga teaching and diving into the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras in a tropical location, where you will stay in an open-concept Villa and wake up to the sound of monkeys and exotic birds in the surrounding coconut groves.
During this quality time together, you will gain deeper insights and refinements about the practices of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and, the Sutras. Be immersed in your Yoga practice, in your experience of living the Yoga Sutras, eat delicious vegetarian food, swim in clear waters, surf and relax on the lovely beach.
Nico and Claire invite you to take part in this unique opportunity to step out of your daily life and reflect upon it from a distance. The Yoga Sutras, the most authoritative classical text of Yoga, is a teaching from the highest spiritual vision, that of a still mind. These ‘threads’ of wisdom, which also include the well-known ‘eight limbs of Yoga’, offer guidelines for living a meaningful and purposeful life. Learn more about the Sutras and how they can help you in your own life. This will enable you to gain a better perspective of the greater picture and support you in moving forward on your journey in a more balanced, sustainable and joyful way - on and off the mat.
For eleven days, Claire and Nico will be offering a complete Yoga program in which you will be able to observe and practice with two unique teachers, who come from different backgrounds. Their slightly different perspectives in their practice and teaching will support you in your desire to live a more enjoyable and fulfilling life.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of Yogi, except for absolute beginners.
