His teaching is deeply rooted in the traditional Yoga practices of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. His philosophical background is influenced by studies in the Classical systems of Yoga Philosophy as well as Tibetan Buddhism and Tantra.
Stephen studies directly with O.P. Tiwari of Kaivalyadham, India - a living master in the science of Pranayama. He blends this with his ongoing studies in Asana, Nutrition, Ayurveda, Philosophy and the varied modern evolutions of Yoga.

Claire Dalloz: Asana, Teaching Methodology
Claire has been teaching and learning about the vast practice of yoga for over 25 years. Her aim is to share her experience and joy of the practice with you. She first came into contact with Hatha Yoga during her student years in Bath, South-West England. Some years later she discovered Sivananda Yoga in New York and Iyenger Yoga while back in England. In the 90’s, when she moved to Switzerland, Claire was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Claire’s Yoga Path has been influenced and supported by many experienced and significant Yoga teachers, especially Glenn Ceresoli, Lance Schuler, Bruno Dietziker, Stephen Thomas and Dr. Ravi Ravindra. Her most important teachers in daily life are her students and family. Yoga has given Claire a lot of joy, balance and curiosity for life and what might lie beyond. It has supported her in all aspects of her life especially during the often challenging years of bringing up three children.
Claire is recognised by Yoga Alliance as an experienced internationally-trained Yoga teacher on the 500 hour level (E-RYT 500). She is also a trained medical Masseuse, a Hypnosis Therapist and since 2021 a Yoga Therapist with a Diploma from the Swiss Yoga Union. Claire teaches in her studio, YogaTopia, located in Herrliberg, Switzerland, as well as in various teacher training teams. She offers regular retreat in Switzerland and abroad.

Manuela Peverelli: Meditation, Asana
Manuela teaches yoga since 2008. Her attitude and approach towards life is influenced by taoist, vedic and Buddhist studies and practices. An education in Ayurvedic Psychology at the European Ayurveda Academy and Buddhist Psychotherapy enriched her background as a psychiatric nurse and also influences her way of holding and shaping space.
Manuela’s teaching is dynamic and powerful, but at the same time a journey to the inner stillness as a refuge in this hectic and demanding world.
Since 2020, Manuela lives in the Metta Villa in the southwest of France, a quiet and nourishing space for retreats and inner transformation that she has co-founded with her partner Marc.

Doug Keller: Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra
Doug Keller has been teaching workshops and trainings in the therapeutic applications of yoga for a decade, and is known not only for his effectiveness in communicating this ever-evolving approach in these trainings, but also for his extensive writing on the topic in magazines, journals and his two-volume work on Yoga As Therapy. Doug has degrees in philosophy from Georgetown and Fordham Universities in the United States and spent a total of 14 years in Siddha meditation ashrams worldwide.
His teaching is focused on the yoga of ‘Swatantrya,’ the yoga of one’s own inner expansion and awakening, and is rooted in a vast and inclusive perspective of study and practice that honours the insights of the many streams of wisdom that flow into the river of yoga.

Christina Eggenschwiler: Anatomy and Physiology, Prevention
Christina has more than 12 years of teaching experience. As a lecturer for functional anatomy and physiology she is involved in various teacher training courses in Switzerland and abroad. She gained her professional knowledge during her training as a yoga teacher at Yoga Medicine, at Anatomy Trains in Motion, in spiral dynamics and in various specializations (CAS sports and movement therapy, Pilates, health promotion, injury prevention, pain therapy, etc.). With a Master's degree in Sports Science she has a comprehensive understanding of movement. She imparts the theory with clarity and many application examples and the practice with exciting self-awareness techniques.
Christina teaches in German.

Evelyn Hunger: Ayurveda Foundations
On one of her frequent travels to India, Evelyn came into contact first with yoga and then with Ayurveda. She was so fascinated from that point on, that she immersed herself with the philosophical system and its practice. Yoga teacher trainings and retreats with Stephen Thomas as her teacher and mentor for many years, but also inputs from other teachers, as well as her daily personal practice, help Evelyn gain a deeper perspective and understanding, that she constantly integrates in her daily life, which helps her have an honest, empathic and enjoyable relationship with life.
Evelyn trained to become a certified Ayurveda Specialist at the European Academy for Ayurveda, and supplemented her studies with an internship over several months at an Ayurvedic clinic in South India. The knowledge from her profession as an emergency care nurse is an important link to work in a holistic way. In addition, Evelyn is deeply inspired by the Mahamudra practice of Tibetan Buddhism, which shapes her yoga practice and brings her fulfillment and joy in her daily life. Phases of intensive practice are just as important to her as to experience her mind clearly and to open her heart anew in each encounter even in the hectic emergency care routine.
