Based on his own personal experience, as well as experience working as a field guide, psychologist Bill Plotkin spent the last few decades articulating how we need fulfillment, not only by healing our childhood wounds and reaching towards lofty spiritual growth, but also by connecting to our purpose in life through what he calls ‘soul encounter’.
A short introduction and mixed levels asana class with breath work will be followed by a talk on the three perspectives, accompanied by meditations and visualizations to guide us towards clarity around purpose.
