Maike's Classes
For Maike, yoga is the key to a conscious and happy life and is like coming home to yourself. She wants to pass on the experience of finding peace, strength and energy with yoga and the confidence that everything is already there within you in her lessons. Yoga is good for body and mind, and Maike looks forward to every single person who is brave enough to open the door to yoga and - who knows - might go home with a smile on their face after the class. Maike has been practicing yoga since 2004 and completed her four-year training as a BDY/EYU and KHYF (Krishnamacharya Healing Foundation) yoga teacher in 2011.
