This Vinyasa Flow yoga class has a light stimulating effect and is therefore suitable as a morning or a lunch time practice for yogis of all levels who have a basic knowledge of yoga. The practice begins with a short atunement and centering, followed by variations of sun salutation, standing postures, arm balances and back bends, and will close with a deep relaxation (Savasana). Vera teaches clearly und calmly – breaks are included consciously during this dynamic class to allow us to feel in depth the effect of the Asanas and to transport this feeling into our everyday lives.
