In this class for yoga beginners Sanne plays with several variations of Vasisthasana, side plank, what promotes our strength and our balance. The slow flow of this class calms our nervous system. Sanne emphasises philosophically on Santosha, contentment and gratitude during the physical practice, that ends with some breathing exercises and a deep final relaxation (Savasana). Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga into your every day life.
