This Yin Yang Yoga class focuses on the back and the spine. Active performance of Asanas and cautious movements are the Yang Yoga portion of the class, which trains our physical strength and our flexibility. In Yin Yoga the yoga positions are more passive and we stay in each posture much longer to stimulate the deeper tissue of your body. A Yin Yang yoga practice is holistic, it leaves us relaxed, centered and works deep in the body.
