Tanja focuses in this Yin yoga class, what is suitable for all levels, on the hips, the lower back and the spine. Yin Yoga is a very calming and meditative way of yoga and an ideal complement to the many other dynamic and modern styles of yoga. In a Yin yoga session it’s key to hold the yoga postures for at least 3 - 10 minutes and sometimes even longer. Due to the position being held for so long the muscles receive an impulse to relax. The deeper connective tissue, ligaments and tendons get an optimal stretch and stimulation. The joints are activated, the inner organs receive a massage and the toxic tissue deposits will be reduced. On the subtle level the “Chakras” und our meridian system get addressed. When our system is „in tune“ the Chi - our energy of life – is superabundant.
