The sister science to Yoga, Ayurveda is defined as the “Science of Life.” Each one of us has a specific constitution made up of a combination of the five elements. Earth, water, fire, air and space.

Are you someone who feels great after a yoga class but finds it hard to have the motivation to go in the first place? Do you tend to have bigger bones and slow digestion? Do you approach your work in a methodical matter, having  more patience and tolerance then your friends and workmates? If so your constitution is most likely the combination of Water and Earth, which is called Kapha Dosha. Kapha types thrive when they are on the go.

Join Rachel Zinman and stimulate your body through a fast paced strength building practice which improves circulation and blood flow, while releasing toxins to help the body feel light and full of vitality. The sequence includes an energising pranayama called “ kapalabhati” and a soothing kriya meditation.
