Within Space and Time – a Morning Immersion with Manuela Peverelli
In these four long morning practices we investigate our relationship to time and space. Breathing exercises, extended playful Asana sequences and sitting in silence build as usual our inner laboratory.
Within mindful movement, conscious breathing and meditation together we will explore:
- different dimensions of experiencing time
- the spectrum from density to permeability of space
- the interconnection of how our experience of time affects our relationship to space
- how our relationship to time and space interrelates with our sense of aliveness as well as with our capacity of compassion and kindness
This immersion is for you if you search for some in-depth practice time and if you are curious and ready to research within your own consciousness.
Monday, March 25, through Thursday, March 28, 2024
daily 8:30 am to 11:30 am
The immersion can only be booked as an entity.
To participate in this immersion a minimum of 3 years practice-experience is required.
Participation is limited to 15 students maximum.
Please note the reservation and cancelation policy for workshops at AIRYOGA.

Manuela teaches yoga since 2008. Her attitude and approach towards life is influenced by taoist, vedic and Buddhist studies and practices. An education in Ayurvedic Psychology at the European Ayurveda Academy and Buddhist Psychotherapy enriched her background as a psychiatric nurse and also influences her way of holding and shaping space.
Manuela’s teaching is dynamic and powerful, but at the same time a journey to the inner stillness as a refuge in this hectic and demanding world.
Since 2020, Manuela lives in the Metta Villa in the southwest of France, a quiet and nourishing space for retreats and inner transformation that she has co-founded with her partner Marc.
