Intermediate/Advanced Hatha Yoga Practice with Ankit Kokil

This workshop is a balanced blend of foundational and advanced postures, offering you a chance to refine your skills, enhance body awareness, and experience deeper aspects of yoga.

Expect an all-around practice that covers intermediate to advanced forward and backward bending asanas, arm balances, and alignment techniques. You will also explore breathing techniques, aimed at synchronizing your breath with movement to achieve a more meditative state.

This workshop will help you break through any blockages, expanding your ability to move into more challenging asanas. You will have the chance to work on the postures of your choice.

The workshop is structured into a 30-minute Warm-Up, 30 minutes Hands-On Adjustments (personalized feedback and adjustments to improve alignment and deepen postures) and a 2-hour Asana Practice.

Ankit will provide personalized variations and modifications to cater to participantsof all levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

During this workshop you will

Ankit Kokil is a highly skilled and passionate yoga teacher from India, with over 17 years of dedicated personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience across India and Europe. Specializing in Hatha Yoga, he has developed a profound connection with traditional yoga, combining his expertise with a modern teaching approach to create an enriching experience for his students.

In 2009, Ankit represented India at the 18th World Yoga Conference held in Rome, Italy, showcasing his advanced knowledge and dedication to the global yoga community. His journey as a teacher is marked by continuous learning, having completed his 600-hour teacher training under Yog Shiromani Dr. Gopal Ji in New Delhi, further enriching his practice and ability to teach with depth and authenticity.

Ankit’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the traditional teacher-student dynamic,

emphasizing the importance of creating a nurturing and supportive environment for growth. He is known for his ability to simplify complex concepts and demystify advanced yoga postures, making his classes accessible to students of all levels.
