Adrian Wirth was born and raised in the Züri-Unterland. During his studies of Environmental Science at ETH Zürich a medical condition caused a difficult stirr-up in his life, raised many questions about the meaning of life, and at that time he started to explore the spiritual path. 

For more than 20 years, Adrian has explored transformational methods with teacher plants, from Indian Yoga and Buddhist Dharma traditions. He uses the different practices to offer and hold a safe space for healing and transformation. The context he is offering is accessible and understandable for everybody, it’s a down to earth approach.

Since 2007 he has been teaching regular classes and workshops at AIRYOGA Zurich and retreats in many different places.

Punnu Wasu, an Indian musician, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, embodies a lifelong devotion to kirtan and spirituality. From the age of 5, he embarked on a musical journey, mastering the harmonium and vocal arts. By 10, he delved into the depths of Indian Classical Music (Hindustani), traveling across India with his father, singing the beautiful verses of Kirtan. Punnu is featured in the documentary The Power of Mantra.

Beyond music, Punnu established his Kirtan- and Sound Healing Academy, fusing music with yoga and meditation in global workshops. His spiritual quest led him to yoga and meditation, studying under various Indian masters in ashrams and yoga and meditation schools. Punnu shares his vast knowledge and rich experience of more than 35 years in his meditation classes and trainings worldwide.

As a Grand Master in Reiki with over three decades of experience, Punnu offers daily Reiki sessions and an array of healing modalities as well as Reiki trainings on a regular basis.

Currently, Punnu divides his time, residing six months in Bali and six months in Switzerland.
