Morning Immersion with Manuela Peverelli
“As deeper the insight as more the boundary between the in- and outside is fading and all that stays left is life that plays and dances with itself.”
Fred von Allmen
We all face different challenges in life, and various events shape and define our existence. The demands of modern life can sometimes be overwhelming. Yoga is a path to liberation, inviting us to lift the veils of rejection, confusion, and attachment and to free ourselves from mental and emotional entanglements. The power of Yoga originates from the deep insight into the emptiness of all mental phenomena (maya) and is the universal source of joy and happiness.
This immersion is an opportunity to deepen the practice on all levels and aims towards seeing through the veils of the relative reality in order to pierce the absolute truth within us. The practice enhances our wisdom and capacity to oscillate diligently between the dual world with all our requirements and the non-dual essence of simple pure being.
Chanting, yoga asanas in a playful Vinyasa Flow style, guided and silent meditations, breathing exercises, and contemplative questions shape the shared mornings on the mat.
This immersion is aimed at yogis and yoginis who have been practicing regularly for at least three years.

In 2002, Manuela Peverelli got in touch with Yoga for the first time and was immediately fascinated by the art of embodied presence.
She grew up in Zurich, where she completed her first teacher training in 2008. She then lived in Asia for some years, where she fully dedicated her time to the study of Yoga. In 2012, Zurich became her home base again and she spent the winter months in Asia to deepen her own practice and teach retreats. Silent times in Vipassana and Metta retreats as well as time in Yoga ashrams were equally important to her.
In 2023, she completed a three-year education in Buddhist Psychotherapy in Germany. She is still a searcher and continues to be a grateful student.
Manuela’s teaching is joyful and powerful, and at the same time a journey into non-conceptual and boundless awareness.
Since 2020, she lives in the south-west of France, together with her partner Marc and her son Tao. They lead a small retreat center for mindfulness, ecology and spirituality. She is teaching in various Yoga Teacher Trainings in Zurich and offers retreats and workshops in Switzerland and Europe.
