The light within you – An Online course with Tanja Forcellini

During the cold and dark winter months, we can find it difficult to slow down, shape our everyday lives in a positive way and perceive our inner light.

This online course via Zoom over five consecutive mornings will help you build a sustainable morning routine to regulate your nervous system, strengthen your inner balance and actively counteract the winter blues.

Under the guidance of Tanja and from the comfort of your home, you will practice meditation and breathing exercises each morning for 45 minutes. These practices provide clarity and deceleration and increase your everyday well-being.

The time shared in community will support you to cultivate more mindfulness in your everyday life, reduce stress, improve your concentration, find inner peace and start your day with focus and curiosity.

This online course is suitable for anyone who is interested in meditation techniques, breathing exercises and establishing a morning routine.
No previous knowledge is necessary.

Tanja Forcellini has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself to the cosmos of hormones, meditation and breath work. After many years of practicing asana, life has increasingly led her back to stillness. Breath awareness and mindfulness meditation are a constant part of her classes, workshops and retreats.

Since Tanja became a mother at the end of 2008, she knows how much strength, self-confidence, physical and mental relaxation yoga and meditation give her every day.

Tanja is currently training to become a breath coach with Intesoma. She feels connected with gratitude to all those who share her path with curiosity and presence – whether on the mat or in the midst of life.
