The magic of the Rauhnächte – A workshop with Melanie Stalder
The Rauhnächte or the holy days between Christmas and Epiphany are particularly mystical days. An interim period in which the veils to the other world are lifted.
The Rauhnächte arose from the difference between the days in the solar year (365 days) and the lunar year (354 days). To compensate for this difference, the Celts added 11 leap days and thus 12 nights, which are virtually ‘non-existent’. In these Rauhnächte, the laws of nature are suspended and the gates to the subtle world are wide open.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. No previous knowledge is necessary, just the willingness to get involved in this subtle world.
On each day during the Rauhnächte, the workshop participants will receive additional ideas and inspirations from Melanie via WhatsApp message.

Melanie Stalder is a mom, yoga teacher, psychology student and spiritual guide. She has been guiding women into their original feminine power since 2018.
On her trip to India in 2007, Melanie came into contact with yoga for the first time in Rishikesh. Since then, yoga and spirituality have accompanied her. She has completed various yoga training courses (500h teacher training, aerial yoga, yin yoga, pre- and postnatal) at home and abroad and has repeatedly allowed herself longer breaks. She has spent several months in Mysore, India, where she practiced Hatha yoga, backbends and Ashtanga Yoga.
Important teachers on Melanie’s path include Simon Leona Huber, Olive Ssembuze, Acharya Venkatesh, Acharye Hema, Stephen Thomas and Laura Griskevicjute.
Melanie teaches Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, pregnancy and postnatal yoga. She prefers classic asanas from Hatha Yoga and likes to integrate elements such as pranayama, meditation, mantras, music and flowing Vinyasa sequences. It is important to her that a class is structured intelligently and the asanas are aligned in a healthy way so that yoga can be experienced as a body therapy and the mental process can be promoted.
