Yintensive with Frank Schmid
Yin Yoga is a wonderful and gentle way to start yoga.
In this 3-hour workshop you will learn the basic aspects of Yin Yoga, a complementary yoga to all Yang Yoga styles. You will learn a lot about your nervous system and the energy flows in your fascial body and get to know the uniqueness of your anatomy. And of course we will enjoy Yin Yoga on our own bodies and hopefully take a lot home with us to practice Yin Yoga ourselves in peace and quietness.
To take part in this workshop, you don’t need any previous knowledge and you don’t have to be ‘flexible’. All you need to take with you is your open-mindedness, your curiosity and your interest in allowing physical stillness and mental peace and balance to arise.
