Aurelia Iten
Aurelia Iten

Aurelia teaches a powerful and flowing yoga in which the whole body becomes an experience of breathing and connection between the inner and outer worlds. This can be done through strong dynamic movements but also through movements towards stillness and meditation. Understanding the senses by working with them in the yoga practice reveals almost forgotten spaces and expands our natural capacity to understand ourself and others. This enables students to arrive home and again reside comfortably within their own bodies.
Behind all of Aurelia’s studies and interests lies this desire to see how people and things communicate and make connection. She experiences this through observation and working with color and form, sound and silence - through play and through stillness. In her engagement as a social worker, designer and now as a yoga student and teacher, she is constantly exploring these themes and learning more and more.
Aurelia initially discovered her love of yoga through dance training. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Prana Vinyasa Flow with Christine May in Munich in 2015.

Aurelia teaches in English and German.

Adrian Wirth
Adrian Wirth

After completing his studies in Environmental Science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Adrian lived for one year in Vancouver, Canada. It was there he was first introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Vipassana Meditation in 2002. In the following years Adrian's Yoga practice consisted in the regular practice of the Primary Series. Due to deep experiences with Vipassana meditation and with teacher plants, spirituality and self-transformation began to take a more important role in Adrian's life. This led him to travel to India, where he spent one year teaching Tibetan monks chemistry and biology, practicing asana on the roof of the Buddhist monastery, and diving deeper into eastern spiritual teachings. Currently his main focus is with Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Meditation. Adrian completed his yoga teacher training with Remo Rittiner in Zurich. Adrian's classes follow the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, and are tailored to the student's needs. Dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga, as well as gentle Ayur Yoga, fit perfectly well into his teaching repertoire. He is using elements like chanting, Yoga-Nidra or simple visualisations in his classes. With his scientific background, he understands well to build bridges between the old yogic wisdom and our modern worldview. Adrian teaches in German and English. He lives with his wife and son in Zurich. For more information please see www.oshadi-yoga.ch

Jasmin Khalifa
Jasmin Khalifa

Yoga, for Jasmin, is a way to „get on the mat“ and recharge our batteries. Her intention is to establish a connection between Yoga and living a happy, fulfilled daily life. In her classes, Jasmin invites her students to incorporate both strength and serenity in their practice so that they can go back energized and restored to their professional and private lives off the mat. Jasmin’s teaching style is dynamic, energetic and varied. She combines this with breathing and relaxation exercises.
As a business professional in Corporate Communications, Jasmin understands the demands of the corporate world, so when she started looking for ways to balance those challenges she found yoga - or maybe it was yoga that found her! She was immediately fascinated by Yoga’s positive effect on both body and mind.
Jasmin attended her first yoga teacher training at AIRYOGA in Zurich in 2009. Four years later, she completed her 500-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training at ISHTA Yoga in Stockholm. In order to deepen her knowledge on what constitute a healthy, sustainable lifestyle she regularly attends workshops and seminars on Mindfulness, Stress Management and Ayurveda.
Jasmin teaches in German and English. Her website is: www.well-at-work.ch

Sarah Kotwal
Sarah Kotwal

Sarah discovered yoga many years ago and instantly felt attracted to the holistic aspect of the practice. After several years of self practice and taking part in numerous workshops, she successfully completed her first 200h yoga teacher training at AIRYOGA in Zurich, Switzerland in 2012. To refine her teaching skills she continued her studies in a 300 hour teacher training at Brahmani Yoga in Goa, India in 2013. Since then, Sarah continually aims to deepen her understanding of yoga in various subject areas. During her quest to broaden her “yoga horizon” she discovered Budokon Yoga and was immediately drawn to this strong and graceful practice. In 2016 she studied with Cameron Shayne, the founder of Budokon and got certified as a Budokon Yoga Teacher. Nevertheless , Sarah has not dedicated herself to one particular style or teaching, but rather integrates various elements of what she has learned to be true for herself and thus creates her own personal style. She aims to bring the traditional yoga teachings in to a contemporary context. Her classes feature dynamic sequences of movement that not only facilitate stability and mobility on a physical level, but also promote better concentration and an overall sense of wellbeing. In her classes, Sarah invites her students to turn their awareness inward and to focus on their individual needs, in order to practice without pressure or expectations.
Sarah is a mother of two children and cherishes the balance being a yoga teacher brings to her family life. Personally, Sarah sees her practice as a “space” to retreat and find stillness. A space to listen and notice. A space where the body can strengthen and relax and the mind can get centered and quiet. She teaches in German and English. Kimi Fiebig
Kimi Fiebig

Kimi completed a four-year dance training at the Zurich Dance Theater School with a subsequent specialization of Musical Studies in Hamburg. In the meantime she has been performing on stage as a career dancer and choreographer for more than 15 years. 10 years ago Kimi came across yoga while searching for a supplement to her daily dance training. She quickly came to realize that Yoga is not just about physical postures on the mat, but also challenges and aids the entire body and mind. Through regular practice she found a balance to her fast-paced career.
In 2007 Kimi successfully completed the Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training and in 2013 the 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training at AIRYOGA. These were followed by three Anusara Immersions, a Teacher Training by Katchie Ananda, a module with Shiva Rea and the intensive teacher training with Max Strom. By attending workshops in Switzerland and Germany, she became acquainted with different styles of yoga. Kimi teaches in a dynamic style, which embraces aspects of Vinyasa Yoga. Alongside the wisdom and teachings of Yoga for health, healing and bodily well-being, is the emphasis of a conscious and deep breath. Kimi teaches in German and English by request.
