This class is liberated from any expectations and need to achieve. It is suitable for everyone seeking calm after a long, demanding day.
The Moon Practice is a deep, challenging and nourishing traditional Hatha Yoga practice with long holds of Asanas in order to feel their healing effects. The focus on a long, extended exhale allows the nervous system to down-regulate and the attention to be directed inwards.
With eyes closed we dedicate ourselves in the last part of the class to Yin Yoga, we turn off visual stimulation and make space for calm and regeneration.
