Natalija Fallocca Bajric

Natalija was born in Austria and traveled extensively during 7 years as a model with
international agencies. She has business management experience and founded her own production company and talent agency Visualeyes representing top international photographers, illustrators and 3D artists. In 2007 she first visited India, and by chance met her first teacher Vinod Bhaskaran Sreedevi who helped her to integrate a daily morning home practice routine straight from the beginning. This steady practice was often complemented with classes at AIRYOGA in Zurich.
For Natalija, the inner beauty of yoga practice is a sweet counterpoint and contrast to the typically exterior focus of modelling and business and helps her maintaining work-life balance as a working mother in today’s fast-paced and demanding environment.
Natalija completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in India based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which was followed by a Yoga Therapy Training with Mark Stephens, Yin Yoga with Josh Summers and later on an advanced Teacher Training with Stephen Thomas in Classical Hatha Yoga. She also studied with Michael Hamilton, Richard Freeman, Mark Robberds, Deepika Mehta, Laruga Glaser, Doug Keller, Sudhir Rishi and Sri Dharma Mittra who have all inspired and influenced her teaching style. Natalija’s approach to yoga remains ever focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. She is creating a safe and calming environment for her students, teaches clear and precise with warmth and compassion.
Since 2015 she is commuting between Zurich and Mallorca, where she teaches Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra at The Yoga Hut, private trainings and on local retreats. Natalija teaches in English and German. To find out more please see www.nat.yoga

Stephen Thomas
Stephen Thomas

Stephen has been a dedicated student of yoga since 1998. He has practiced, taught and lived in Asia and Europe for the past decade studying various traditions, which he incorporates into a unique yoga practice influenced and made possible by the grace and support of his central teachers.
Stephen’s background includes studies in Buddhism, Ayurveda and traditional Hatha yoga in India. In Asia, he continues an in-depth study of traditional Pranayama and Kriya through his master, O.P.Tiwari, which he combines with his love for the Asana practices that stem from his experience with Krishnamacharya’s work and influence on the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar systems of yoga. He also brings in elements of the Chinese and Tibetan systems where appropriate.
Stephen is an avid reader and student of Eastern philosophies and a lifelong lover of the arts and music. His ability to re-frame various viewpoints and to simplify things without sacrificing depth and integrity has helped him develop a unique, non-dogmatic but deeply rooted teaching style. His works spans Meditation, Pranayama, Asana and the commitment to seeing the practice off the mat. He uses these methods as tools for health and wellbeing and to support the spiritual pursuit of living life courageously and compassionately from one’s heart.
Stephen teaches classes and workshops at AIRYOGA in Zurich, as well as spending a part of each year traveling as a guest instructor and teaching retreats throughout the world. He also dedicates energy each year to directing Teacher Intensive Trainings and ongoing education and works one-on-one with many students and teachers in his community. Stephen teaches in English.

Carla Araos

Carla was born in Chile where she discovered yoga in 2002 while undertaking her studies in architecture and design. During this time she found that yoga helped to bring out the best in her creative abilities and also to heal many aspects of her life.
Carla has completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in Samahita Retreat in Thailand, the Rainbow Kids Yoga training and further pre- and post-natal yoga trainings with Birthlight in the UK.
Carla's yoga in the Vinyasa Flow style is inspired by her prior experience of ballet. She also enjoys to sing and chant in her classes. Furthermore, correct and safe alignment is an important teaching point to her. She aims to match her classes to the needs of the participants, and - through synchronization of breath with movement - to allow students to find that silent space between breaths. In this silent space lies the opportunity for the body and the mind to flower and shine, in the yoga practice and in daily life.
Carla teaches in English oder Spanish. Her website is www.carlaaraos.com

Claudia Geux
Claudia Geux

Claudia is an International Yoga Alliance® RYT 500 Registered Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Flow. She was introduced to the world of Yoga in New Zealand, and she realized that this would be the beginning of a long journey. In Switzerland, she began to study the different Yoga traditions and Yoga philosophy more intensively. She was lucky to find the Yoga teacher Olive Ssembuze who taught her self confidence and that she can achieve anything in Yoga and in everyday life. Vinyasa Flow came to be her preferred style and means of expression. The completion of the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Christine May, Richard Hackenberg and Doug Keller, was followed by completing the 300-hour Yoga Alliance Advanced Teacher Training with Stephen Thomas, Richard Hackenberg and Doug Keller.
Claudia’s teaching style is flowing, creative and accompanied by music, with the main teaching focus on correct alignment, as well as combining breath and movement into a harmonious flow. It is not only a great pleasure, but also a privilege to her to be able to pass on the wonderful benefits of yoga to others. She teaches her classes in German and English.
