Morning Open Hatha Yoga Practice

A quiet, supported environment for experienced students that have the ability to self-practice. The morning will start with guided Chanting and guided Pranayama. Afterwards the students begin their self-practice. Stephen Thomas and/or teachers will be present to offer clear, safe hands-on adjustments, suggestions, modifications and insight. For regular students, there are practice suggestions and sequences to follow upon request. 
Important note: You can arrive at 7:00 am and begin formally with the guided Chanting and Pranayama which goes until 7:20 am. Then the doors re-open, and students can arrive anytime afterwards to begin their practice. The practice space closes at 9:30 am. You should be finished with your practice by 9:45 am.
