The exercises are especially selected and modified for pregnant women. They particularly strengthen the back, they support the pregnancy and prepare for the birth. Martina Knabenhans
Martina Knabenhans

Martina first came into contact with yoga in 2012. In her practice, she experienced a much needed physical and mental compensation for the workload she was confronted with as a gynecologist. Ever since she has been practising with dedication. In 2016, she completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with Stephen Thomas in Zurich (RYT-200), followed by a 85-hour training in Prenatal Yoga with Sue Elkind in 2018. Furthermore she studies frequently with well-known teachers such as Stefan Faust, Claire Dalloz, Barbra Noh and Stephen Thomas.
Martina lives and works in Zurich. She works full-time as a medical doctor. Additionally, she teaches Prenatal and Hatha Yoga classes. She leads her classes in German and English.

Nina Calame
Nina Calame

Nina Calame discovered yoga after years of gymnastics, jazz and african dance. Since 2000, after her third child, she dedicated herself more intensively to yoga and completed many workshops. From John Scott, Leela Miller, Danny Paradise, Richard Freeman, David Swenson, Petri Räisänen, Rolf Naujokat, Chuck Miller, Maty Ezraty, Manju Jois, Kino MacGregor, Matt Crigliano, Brett Porzio, Eddie Stern, Tim Miller, Michael Hamilton, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamyshe she learned Ashtanga Yoga. Her stay in Mysore confirmed here love for ashtanga.
Nina aquired her yoga teacher diploma with Ana Forrest in the US. She has been trained in Baby&Me classes with Jyothi Larson and also received a certification in Prenatal.

Jeanne Jaros
Jeanne Jaros

Jeanne holds a Master’s degree in Sports and Sports Science with focus on health, games and expression from the University of Bern as well as a teaching diploma in upper secondary education. She teaches sports at a gymnasium and is also a certified Pilates, Yoga and Adult sports instructor.
Due to her profession, she continues her education in various fields of sports. Jeanne has attended over 500 hours Yoga Teacher Trainings with focus on Anusara, Therapy, Power as well as Pre- and Postnatal. Besides that she has attended a wide range of workshops and immersions.
Jeanne offers multifaceted trainings for all ages which combine flexibility, strength and coordinative abilities as well as music in playful ways. The lessons are based on fluid Yoga flows which Jeanne flavours with elements from for example, dancing or Pilates. Furthermore, she offers personal trainings and private group classes (i.e. for semi-professional team sports groups). Jeanne teaches in German and English.

Sandra Ackermann
Sandra Ackermann

Sandra is a trained infant educator and mother of two children. From 1998 through 2001 she completed her education as a Birth Preparator FFG and subsequently completed training as an Adult Educator SVEB II. She has also attended additional education in birth preparation, post-natal care, and pelvic floor. Sandra has been practicing yoga on a regular basis for the past 5 years and has attended workshops with Clive Sheridan, Lance Schuler, and Ana Forrest. In 2005 she completed pre-natal yoga training with Cheryl Bernardi. She is also a Chiball Level 1 Instructor. She loves to work with pregnant women. Sandra presents her classes in a personal and individual fashion. In her classes, she strives to connect the women with their unborn child, to strengthen their self-confidence, and to teach them how to find peace in their bodies. She teaches in German, and if necessary also in English.
