Slow Vinyasa mit Chanting und Meditation

In this late evening class we combine gentle Vinyasa Yoga with chanting and meditation. The class has a calm and meditative character and we keep taking time to be still and feel the effect of the practice. Gentle flowing Vinyasa exercises are preparing body and mind to then acess more subtle levels of awareness with Om-chanting. Meditation is happening. The Gayatri Mantra and Mantras for the energy points in the body (Chakras) are also part of the class. Movement, the vibration of your voice, the extended exhale and the concentration will bring your mind in a calm, present and relaxed state.
This class is open for all levels. No singing experience is required (everybody can chant!).
