Miriam Stieger

As a student of both psychology and yoga, Miriam is fascinated by the interplay of body and mind and of conscious and unconscious aspects of awareness. Through Yoga and Meditation, she finds spaces leading to the gift of insight, the healing of mental wounds and the refinement of conscious perception. 
She has learned the Ashtanga Practice from her primary teachers Michael Hamilton and Eddie Stern. Their firm, yet very gentle way of being continues to inspire her. For Miriam, Yoga means to reunite oppositions and to be more present with the unfolding of inner experience. She teaches in German and English.

Sabine Glück

Sabine has been a passionate student of Yoga since 2010. Her classes are influenced and inspired by her teachers Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, Michael Hamilton and Doug Keller. She practices Vipassana meditation and is regularly attending silent retreats to deepen her understanding. Sabine is a certified mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) trainer at the Center for Mindfulness in Zurich. She teaches in German and English.
